NEXT Equipment & Patriot Rentals has officially opened its second Utah location at 1299 W State Street, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. This new facility joins our established Midvale yard to form a two-location network covering the full Wasatch Front — from Salt Lake County in the north to the heart of Utah Valley in the south.

The Pleasant Grove location was chosen specifically to reduce delivery times and improve equipment availability for contractors, builders, and project managers working throughout Utah County. Cities including Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Springville, Lindon, Spanish Fork, and Payson are now served from a yard that is minutes away — not an hour.

Our Midvale Location Remains Fully Operational

Our Midvale yard — serving Salt Lake City, Sandy, West Jordan, South Jordan, Murray, Draper, and the broader Salt Lake County area — continues to operate on its normal schedule. The Pleasant Grove opening is an addition, not a replacement. Together, the two locations give NEXT Equipment the coverage to serve any job site along the Wasatch Front with fast, reliable delivery.
